Volunteer at The Haven

We Need Your Help!

There's lots of work involved when caring for so many horses. We are hoping to assist more in the future.  We are immensely grateful for any time and effort you can give.  Picking paddocks, feeding and spending time with the horses are daily activities.  There are always special farm projects that need taken care of too.

Enjoy fresh air, exercise, the company of incredible horses. It's good for your body and soul. Submit your volunteer applications here and we will contact you soon. 

It's our job as horse caretakers to give them what they need to feel safe, comfortable, and secure.

With your support, we can give the Haven horses the best possible care.  They definitely deserve it.  We appreciate any dollars you can send our way.  We work hard to keep cost down, and you can rest assured that every penny will go toward the care and welfare of the horse.  We would love to show you what we do and invite you to visit us!

Sponsor a Horse

To know them is to love them.  That's not always easy since they often come to us angry, afraid, or withdrawn from life.  Sometimes they want nothing to do with us.  So far we have always been able to win them over with time, patience and love.  Some will become healthy and happy enough to go to new homes while others have had too much physical and/or emotional trauma and damage and will stay with us until their last day.  You will get regular updates on the lucky horse you choose to sponsor.  We will also make sure he or she knows how lucky they are to have a friend like you and how much you care.
